This Is Serious Business
Well, not really. Mostly this site was created as a catharsis for web designers. If it helps move the Web forward, great.
Why Ditch Internet Explorer 6?

Why Blame companies? why blame the I.T. department?
It's becoming clear that the large majority of IE6 users on the Web are required to use it by their employers. In most companies, the responsibility for upgrading browsers and maintaining the company's security policy falls to the IT department.
There are valid reasons making it difficult to upgrade. It's likely that the biggest reason is proprietary intranet or other software that requires IE6 to work properly.
We believe most IT staff wants to do the right thing, but can't because of budget, manpower or corporate red tape. We're not here to vilify these poor folks. We'd just like to bring light to the magnitude of the issue, and perhaps put a little pressure on the largest of offenders.
Please Don't Sue Us
It's all in good fun. Really.
Also, it should be noted that we don't fact check. If you feel your company has been misrespresnted here, please contact us via Twitter: @ie6offenders.
Onward and upward,
